Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate employee engagement activities and team events
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Help with HR documentation and policy updates
Participate in organizing training sessions and workshops
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture
Skills Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
Familiarity with HR software and tools

Completion: Successful completion leads to a verified completion certificate with a verification code for authenticity.
